You willbe part of a Software Engineering team thatdeliversneworiginations and lease servicingcapabilities toourDell Financial Servicesbusiness.
Performall aspects of the Scrum Master role (facilitationof release planning, sprint planning, sprint review, scrum meetings,etc.) including collaboration and coordination across multiple IT and business segments.
Engage in technical discussions with Software Engineers, Product Owners and System Engineersfacilitating/driving issue resolution and removing cross-functional impediments to keep the team focused on delivery.
Support Applications in production, understand Applications behavior by monitoring key metrics, and drive all aspects of L3 support coordination.
Motivate engineering team members, drive precision andquality intoour deliverables andimplementprocessimprovement measures.
Plan launch orchestrationandlead launches thatcompriseproject deliverables as well as production issue fixes which may occur outside regular business hours.
Actively map, study and address risks and issues by elaborating a mitigation/response plan while proactively tracking its execution.
Track budget and resourcecapacityandutilizationacrossmultiple teamswhile managingour partners(procurement) in the successful achievement of project/program delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant experience with software engineering with provenhands-onexperience with software development.
Proven experience with projectmanagement and teamcoordination aligned with Scrum Master responsibilities.
Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills - showing good command of English.
Excellent teamwork / collaboration skills, and proactive stance.Abilityto quickly adapt tonew informationand developcomprehensive knowledgeof our IT ecosystem.
Ability to work in flexible hours to accommodate time-zone differences (Bucharest, Austin, Bangalore, Porto Alegre).
The skills below are not a ticket to entry, but givea good ideaof the different technologies you will get to learn on the job:
Scrum Master certifications and experience working with SAFEand Project Management
Experience with Microsoft TFS for agile project/program delivery
Experience in the Financial Services industry
