Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.


Key Responsibilities:

The scope of the role will be focused on selling Dell Technologies solutions within corporate clients.  You will be working with other Dell functions including Outside Sales Account Executives, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:

· Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions

· Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

· Create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers

· Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information

· Provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders


Essential Requirements:

·  We are looking for several grades of experience, from graduate roles to senior ones with several years of experience in a similar position in the IT field.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and used to team work

·  Drive for results and to achieve sales targets

·  Native Portuguese and high English level

·  Ability to work on daily basis with customers having international point of contacts.

·  Desire to work in a 100% inside sales role
