Senior Advisor Project/Program Manager – Customer Communications

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Senior Advisor, you will oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.

  • You will:
    Establish a cross-org governance model that defines the policies, communications, strategy, and cadence for effective delivery of customer communications within each business’ service experience
  • Run core-team’s designed to inventory existing communications, help map processes, redesign the communications to on-brand, and create sustaining processes
  • Work with Designers to help develop best-in-class communication templates that incorporate Dell Technologies branding, marketing, and legal requirements
  • Standardize and document the ways of working, create detailed RACI models for current and recommended future state content operations for customer communications
  • Create detailed services blueprint and process maps based on recommended best practices for communications delivery
  • Implement and ensure adoption of the customer communications strategy throughout the Dell Technology Services organization
  • Develop strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally

Essential Requirements

  • Experience facilitating large groups and workshops
  • Advanced knowledge of Knowledge Management systems and applications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • PMI – ACP (Agile) Certification
  • Understanding of UX
  • Experience using tools such as Trello, Miro, ARIS, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Leankit, Planview, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    Desirable Requirements
    • Prior experience working on customer experience initiatives, and improving the overall customer experience
    • BPI skilled with Green or Black Belt certification or Lean Six Sigma
